DesdeTuTierra guarantee delivery of order in the recipient's address through a leading courier.

The delivery period may be altered through no fault of DesdeTuTierra, inclement the weather, order confirmation or any other cause of force majeure, will be exempt from liability for alsuministro and delivery of the order.

According to the geographical area of shipment delivery time varies between 2 and 10 days after receipt of confirmation of shipment and payment. Just as shipping charges vary according to the shipping area (see table below).

If  the courier company will be unable to deliver your order, you will leave a delivery notice to pick up your order at the nearest office. At the time of order delivery should sign the receipt.

All products on DesdeTuTierra can legally ship to all countries we serve. For certain countries, DesdeTuTierra on the package the documentation required by the competent authorities so that no customs problems.

In any case, you need not pay any tax or additional tax, except in countries with special tariffs which case the client would take over that amount.
